Vivela Crêpe/Blenoir,establishedin 2009,bringsdelicious savory and sweet crêpes, madefreshto order,to New York City - and, in summer of 2024 - New Jersey! Currentlywith three locations andmore on the way in 2024, we are seeking team membersat all levelsto join us as we grow! If youare obsessed withcreating great guest experiences, arepassionate about crepes & coffee,we want to speak to you! We arehiringan experienced food & beverage professional tojoin the team as a Managerto lead the opening of our new location in Paramus.Themanageris responsible forleading allCrêperieteam members in running an efficient and profitable operation, managing day-to-day store operations,maintaininghigh store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment. PrimaryDuties and ResponsibilitiesInclude: Consistently upholds brandstandardsacross all interactions. Successfully handles and resolves customer concerns across in-store and other interaction channels (e.g.Google, Yelp,etc) as needed. Leads the store and team to always achieve an “A” (if not applicable, passing grade) in health department inspections, or other occasional inspections.  Monitors sales performance compared to the budget,implementstactics to boost sales, and ensures ongoing communication with the team.   Identifiesstaffing needs and leads efforts onscheduling,recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training needs of qualified candidates.  Builds team moraleand team spirit by fostering a work environment of appreciation and support. Candidates can expect:  Competitive annual salary, ranging from$62,400–$72,000 Bonus program based on store metrics andsales Career growth opportunities with a growing company A dedicated team of operators to support the venue andteam Position Requirements:  At least 2 years in a supervisory position in the food & beverage industry NYC Food Handler’s Certificate Availability to work a varied schedule of nights, weekends, andholidays Ability to usevarious technologysuch as Microsoft office, scheduling platforms,inventory systems,and Point of Sale systems A positive, inspiring attitude with the desire to motivate others to do their besteveryday! Physical Demands  The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching,frequentlylifting upto 25 pounds, occasionallylifting upto 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
